Those are funny like when someone is sking really fast on the crusty top layer of snow down a really steep hill and their tips break through the crusty layer and get stuck in the soft snow underneath, and the skier gets launched only to land on his chest and lose his breath, and lay there for five minutes in agony while his friends just stand there and laugh.
I've been to your page several times, each time wanting to comment, but not having adequate words. I just enjoyed those.
I also enjoy this blog. It's like when you get up really early in the morning, and you can barely pull yourself out of bed, and nothing makes sense anymore. But then you have a cup of coffee (or two) and as you drive away in your car to whatever it is that got you up so horrendously early, you suddenly feel excessively alive and grateful to be up at such a traffic-free hour.
you've got to warn people when you post these humorous posts. here i am sitting in this computer lab that is supposed to be quiet so people can get their homework done and i'm forcing this big outburst of laughter to stay inside. that is not so easy.
Sorry Jen. I know I'm a bad poster.
